Valuation Services 

Toogood & May Auctioneers provide a number of valuation and inspection services as well as transport for some items.

Inspections

Auction sale items can be inspected at the clients property free of charge by appointment. Sales advice and estimates can be discussed and reserves arranged where appropriate. These items can be sold at our monthly Antiques & General and Specialist Sales.

Valuation Services

• Probate Valuations
  At this difficult time our valuers will provide a prompt and accurate valuation for inheritance tax purposes, at the same time we can advise on the cost of house clearance etc.

• Insurance Valuations
  Increasingly important, our valuations are detailed and accurate giving an essential inventory should the items be stolen or damaged.

Transport

We can arrange transport, starting at a minimum fee of £30.00. A house clearance / packing service is also available. Please contact our office for a quotation.
